Job Description
1. Responsible for maintaining of books
2. Following up receivable and any dispute arising thereof.
3. Preparation of DO, Invoicing, Receipts, LPO, Payment vouchers and payables.
4. Monthly BRS and calculation of Prepayments, Depreciation, Provisioning, Accruals.
5. Preparation of payroll, annual leave and ESB.
6. Responsible for VAT return filing.
7. Assist in external audit.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years’ experience.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Well organized.
5. Hardworking.
6. Working knowledge on QuickBooks is a must.
7. Construction industry experience will be an added advantage.
